N a complete balanced lunch n only chilla Or stir fried veges in evening.dont do this crash diet.even your periods will get disturbed n you are at that stage of life where you can't afford to have any disturbance with your periods. Seeing my mother's weight lose journey of reducing 30 kgs in 9 moths I wanted to suggest that , You are reducing your weight in a wrong way , you should stop eating in the night and try to have a wholesome /balanced diet in lunch time . That would be more beneficial for you .
