  1. my diet is like baby food, ginger beer, coffee, muscle milk, aloe vera drinks, tea, watermelon, hard candy caramel, ahi tuna steak, the harvest snap pea snacks, hard boiled eggs, cashew granola bars, biscuits of really any kind and then steamed broccoli with just salt and pepper on it

  2. Exactly. I know lots of guys who go to gym and eat tasteless foods for nutrition and protein. For them it's a flex 🤡🤡

  3. It could but it look like a lot of food but if I tell you the chicken is looking like a KFC but it actually helps you some fat but a lot like a lot of chicken protein
