  1. This snack pack is inspired by foods I love including on a cheeseboard! When deciding what to include in my snacks, I always consider how I would pair everything together throughout the day. Here are my combos for this pack: cheese + crackers, grapes + cheese, apples + pistachios, and crackers + hummus.

    As always, we want to pair fiber-rich carbs with protein for a balanced snack! Today, I have apples, grapes, and crackers for my carbs and cheese, pistachios, and hummus for my protein.
