Why aren’t you LOSING WEIGHT 😞 (THE REASON)

  1. I do: cake, chips, hot dog, yogurt and granola, etc. Etc. Icecream.
    As long as i am aware of my calorie intake and staying well above 1,200 calories to make sure I'm not starving myself and becoming nutrition deficit. I'm loosing weight and eating what i want.
    But i make sure im getting my micro and macro nutrition

    [I was 198 pounds in early December 2025, I'm now 160 late march]

    Today: [todays calories:1350]
    I had a ham and cheese grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread.
    A bowl of tomato soup with those noodle shapes.
    Fluffy scrambled eggs on a breakfast sausage patty with cheese melted all in a sour dough English muffin.
    Homemade chocolate milk.
    Vanilla Icecream with homemade fudge and peanuts.
    And my multivitamin
    2 cups of water.

    I feel full all day and am dropping ~1.5 pounds per week.

    I also walk 2 to 3 times a week about 2miles to 4miles.

    If i drop too close to 2 pounds a week, i adjustment my calorie intake and make it higher. If I am on the slower side of loosing weight, i will not drop it below 1,350 and instead I will increase the time i walk and wear a weighted vest.

    The reason i will not drop my calorie intake below 1,350 is because it allows for 3 meals a day and is above the 1,200 of womens nutritional health.

  2. Guys hear me out this is what my family does and it’s really healthy so you don’t stop eating certain foods!
    Eat anything you want! No ones stopping you, if they are, f them. You just have to make sure you get exercise to maintain a healthy weight, so you can eat whatever, just get enough exercise, if you can.
