  1. Jogging does burn lots of calories. You just have to have self-discipline to control your appetite (water and gum help, along with high-fiber low-calorie foods like fruits and vegetables).

Jogging is very optimal for weight loss because as well as burning calories it speeds up your metabolism, with that comes hunger however jogging is still the best way to burn calories because it is the most sustainable for long periods of time, either jogging or speed walking aka zone 2 cardio

  3. Also if your jogging your body may retain more fat due to you need more energy to tap into if your not eating enough. So doing it to lose weight doesn’t help bc it means you’re also not eating much. And your body will adapt to that lifestyle

  4. Mario , listen , I jogged every single day (except Saturday and sunday) at fast medium pace and controlled my mind to not eat Extra Calories (it was tough) but results were worth it as I went from 82 kg to 65 kg in just 3 months..

    Just Jog as long as you possibly can then control ur mind to not eat the calories and boom ! You lose weigh in 5× the pace…I did it myself and it works like miracle I went from 81 kg 65 in 3 months
