  1. As a skinny person, yall dont understand i do sports and every week in practice i do good. Everytime hit my body aches and i want to give up on football. I try to gain as much weight before the season end but throughout this season ive gained a single pound. I dont want to give up on my sport but it’s starting to make me unmotivated

  2. Im 4 foot 10 and weigh 28.9kg i think im underweight i look like a skeleton and all of my bones stick out even though i am a teenager and most teenagers my age are like 40-50kg. (which in my opinion is extremely fat!) 😅

  3. Your all wrong! I'm 5'10''. Before the plandemic and covid shot I weighed 150-160 pounds! Please somebody help me! I took covid shot 4 years ago. Just last month I noticed my weight loss and felt weak. I stepped on scale and I was 124 pounds!!! I stop drinking beer and started drinking milk and trying to over eat. My weight DROPPED to 115 pounds!!! I don't want to have a heart attack eating red meat. If I exercise I will burn up what little weight I have. Can someone please suggest help. I will try to lift weights, eat steaks, drink milk and drink shakes but I belive something else is going on. I feel fine just but importantly I don't have the desire to eat!!! Like i use to. I'm trying so hard but when I step on scale..my weight is going backwards….don't want to step on scale out fear it might show 90 pounds😢

  4. Count carbs, not calories: eat high carbohydrate foods (bread, cake, cookies, pies, potatoes, etc.) to increase your insulin level. High carbs usually leads to high insulin. High insulin usually makes your body store body fat!

    Basically do a reverse Keto diet: high carbs; low fat. Good luck!

A yes all of this "metabolic miracles eating a lot and still not gain anything" they are just bit special in way of thinking ..they just noy eat enough , I hearing this nonsense of how they cannot gain..if they dont have some medical condition like hyperthyrodsm or other metabolic disease,genetical disorder or patasite all of this are easy visible and they Will had much more problems than just getting jacked , they just dont eat enough ,I always saying to this guys eat 0,5 kg of beef and 2kg of potatoes you Will gain weight for sure..if you dont sick you are denying law of physique ..

  6. His calories & weight gain was insufficient. I consumed 10,000 calories or more daily w/lots of protein & no powdered shakes, just all food. I worked out heavy w/a spotter & @ a 200lb max benck press & weighing 190lbs I gained 95 lbs in 9 months (10lbs per mth).
    I could have eaten more because when working out hard, where u need a spotter, I broke my muscles down, constantly rotating lifting programs. U have to do hard muscle failure & eat like you're starving.
    He was not doing the weight due to 1 or the other.
    Breakfast:
    12 eggs/12 sausages/side order bowl grits/2 order toast/qt milk/qt juice.
    Lunch:
    2 fried chickens/gallon of drinks/3 bowls potatos/1/2 pie/
    Dinner:
    can't remember.

    Sometimes, I would easily eat 1lb of lunch meat @ lunch as a sandwich.

    Worked out muscles 1 set max to failure & reduce weight to failure.

    Weighed 190lbs, 9 months later 285lbs. Bench: 190lb-405lbs.
    Leg press:900lb-1300lb
    Dead lift: 595lb-750lb.

    I ended each daily workout w/1 hour stairmaster @ max speed.

    6 days week workout.

    So, again, he's not working to failure & needs 10,000 calories.

  7. He needs to train his body to do so of your body not used to doing something, its gonna take a while for it to pick up the pace. When i started working out daily it took about a solid minth or so of nothing but fat burning before i started developing decent amount of muscle groups
