  1. I only gained 7 lb with my last pregnancy. 2 weeks postpartum I was down 9 lb. Now fast forward 11 weeks later I am up 15. I am gaining weight fast while exclusively breastfeeding around the clock. .. . This is my third baby and it happens every time sad face

  2. I don’t feel hungry all the time and still can’t lose weight ! I eat healthy and cook all my meals I eat more protein than carbs and still putting on weight instead, I had a weight loss surgery almost 2 years ago and I can’t eat much bc of my small stomach and I don’t know what else to do I’m 3 months postpartum 😢😢

  3. Maybe you can share what meals worked well for you as well. I am 2 years postpartum with my second baby and have been fasting the past 4 months to get to a place where I have lost about 18lbs but I am still struggling with my weight and maintaining the loss and even loosing more, I am still considering overweight and I want to possibly have more children but it feels impossible with how much pregnancy and birth takes such a huge toll on my body and I don’t even gain an extreme amount of weight it just doesn’t want to leave me 😭😭😭

  4. HORMONES & genetics, you probably need to work with a hormonal specialist if you're still not losing weight after trying to eat healthier and working out (when safe to do so). After having 2 unmedicated births, my body went back to a relatively normal look within 1 week PP, with breastfeeding/pumping and little to no pain meds (just ibuprofen, regular dose for like 2 days, then cut out). A LOT of that is genetics and hormones, I'm not doing anything "special" like counting calories, etc. I realize I am lucky and not the typical, so thats why Im saying its your hormones & genetics.

  5. That is true except I went keto + calorie counting for 2 weeks while breastfeeding and still didn’t lose anything. In fact, I gained 2 pounds. No water weight loss either. It is brutal.

  6. Help me, just had my 4th baby, I’m 9 weeks postpartum, the three times before I lost all my baby weight right back down between 124-127lbs this time I’m at 139 and can’t lose any weight

  7. My problem is PCOS. I had no cravings during my pregnancy, but I still gained 70 pounds and my body hasn’t lost weight since I gave birth 8 months ago. I work two jobs that involve physical labor and exercise, and I still can’t lose weight. I don’t eat much, and my body won’t lose weight. I’ve given up.

  8. First time mom here and im struggling so much with this huge change in my life. Its so hard to manage everything 😢 I barely get any sleep and yet I have to find time to self care 🥲 i use to shower everyday but now i get lucky if i shower once q week

  9. My mother always said she weighed 116 after giving birth to back to back babies (she’s tall and small tho) I haven’t weighed 116 since I was 14. I’m now 27 and had two back to back babies, started at 136 ended at 196😭😭😭 I’m currently sitting around 180, 7 months postpartum breast feeding STILL every 2-3 hours and 2-3 times at night. I’m working on my “eating addiction” which now thanks to you I find out is normal. But I still hate being a slave food and my milk muncher😂😂😂😂 I just want to get down to 150 maybe 145 I just want to feel better

  10. I had baby #5 in July. I have never been able to lose any weight while nursing until trying intermittent fasting. I also jump on a rebounder (mild-moderate jumping, nothing crazy) for less than 5 minutes every day. Rebounding has sooo many benefits.

I eat dinner around 5-6pm, enjoy a small dessert immediately following (if I want one) and then am intentional not to eat until roughly 10am. It didn’t take long to adjust, although the first few days I was hungry. I have found as long as I am heavily focusing on my water intake and electrolytes my milk supply isn’t affected.

I also try to follow this regarding portion sizes:
Breakfast-eat like a queen (largest meal)
    Lunch-eat like a princess
    Dinner-eat like a peasant

  11. It’s not even the hunger after a few months.. it’s the fact that you have to eat more calories to maintain a supply. I don’t understand the math with why they say it helps because you burn calories 😂

  12. My 3rd child. Always gain all the weight back from my highest pregnancy weight. So if I lose 20lbs from giving birth, it comes right back from breastfeeding. So essentially I’m still at my highest pregnancy weight with no baby🥲

  13. My son is turning one in a few weeks.
Ive been breastfeeding him since birth.
On top of me being hungry most of the time, my LO is also a light sleeper.
I have 5 kgs left to lose. Im trying to eat clean and doing a combination of HIIT and strength training. Will see if that will do the trick

  14. Yeah I ate a whole pizza while holding my newborn in the hospital like 30 minutes after she came out of me and after that pizza I had a bag of chips and then a sandwich etc etc I couldn't stop eating. I did NOT lose the weight after. After giving birth that time up until this current pregnancy I stayed the same weight. Do not ever tell a woman she'll drop it as soon as she breastfeeds because it's a lie. I've never been more hungry in my life as I was after giving birth and then going through the breastfeeding. After my first baby I did lose weight after the birth but the other babies nope!! It was just the first babe. I was very disappointed
