  1. This is what I'm doing, I've tried keto before but I was way too strict and when I messed up I messed up BIG. Now I'm just focused on avoiding processed foods, if I'm craving potato or a fruit I include it in my day. Focus on meats, veggies, and nuts. Seems a lot more doable for the long haul.

  2. Listen up folks, there aint nothin lazy about meal preppin and gettin down in the kitchen if u knw wt i mean. Sure getting drive through or uber eats, thats lazy. So whoever is thinking of starting this journey know that there is hardwork and active change in decision making involved, once u get the hang of it it gets better from there

  3. I've lost 85 pounds in 10 and a half months. Cutting out carbs (mostly) and no sugar. Drinking around 4 litres of water a day. So yeah lazy Keto works and I combine it with OMAD one meal a day. So for breakfast it's 3 glasses of water and vitamins. Then a real coffee with around 10 unsalted cashew nuts, I roast them as I think they taste even better.
    Best time to eat is between 12 and 3pm eat things like fish, chicken, and steak or a burger pattie. Or Sardines in with tomatoes with some curry powder and other spices. Another meal is a 2 egg omelette, throw in what you like, onion, chicken, spices.
    Make it enjoyable so you can have small treats once in a while just not every day. I weigh myself in pounds every morning to see what's working. Listen to your body as this might not suit everyone.
    I bloody love it and my next mini goal is to get to my Wedding weight of 35 years ago. Only 8 more kg to go. And then to my Thai boxing days weight in my early 20's at 70 kg. That's it then maintenence and exercise. Probably take me 2 more years but it's not problem. You can snack on small amounts of nuts and seeds when needed and it I have small slices of cheddar cheese to keep myself from getting hungry.
    Even if this helps one person it will be with typing it out. Ps please eat lots of fruit and veg as well. Good luck

  4. Congrats on the weight loss, it is not easy…I have had to loss weight like that 3 times in my life already. Actually working on 4th; I am currently losing again, so I can go have mid life crisis style fun with the folks & boys😜😊. My last adult child graduates & will be outta here summer 2021.

  5. What else did she do, did she exercise…how long did it take her to drop the weight…is she healthy on the inside…you are recommended not to lose more than 2.5 to 3 pounds a week, approximately ten pounds a month.

    I have struggled with weight my whole life, I had lost 80 to 100 pounds, the 1st time, and after each child (2). Dieting & exercise & limiting my fat intact to 25 to 30 a day…the calories fell in line (no empty…had to give up 🍷 everytime) with this method, so I did not have to spend all day counting. My point, it took me a month every time to lose ten pounds…sometimes the first month, I wouldn't loss more than 5 pounds. I am so skeptical of these types of stories & diet fads, as the don't give you all the details on how the weight came off. Does she have loose skin…from not toning…exercising at least 3 time a week? I worked out 6 days a week… No less than 30 mins up to 45 mins to an hour to lose ten pounds a month & shape/tone my body…I wanted to be appealing with clothing on & off. When I reach my goal, I exercise only 3 days a week, and stayed active (walking, dancing, other calorie burning stuff) just to maintain.

    I have to work out for the rest of my life…or I will blow up…just like that. So, tell us the truth, give us all the information. You can't just lose weight by eating, especially when you are obese.
