  1. Ok so im 5'7 and 200lb i will maybe update every week, if i dont i was too lazy or i js quit.

    Edit: i will need an reminder cuz i assure u i will forget. I will try these 6×30 3 sets and a 1 minute break between each set. I will also try to avoid sugary food and clean my food intake by lessening portions, cutting sodas, drinks, chips, and candy.
