Bhai mai almost 20 days se running kar raha hu and excercise bhi.but mere ghutne be bahut jyada dard ho raha hai.mujhe kya karna chahiye bata do ek baar.mujhe rest karna chahiye ya phir doctor ke paas jana chahiye .ya running chhod dena chahiye.vaise mera age 21 hai but mera weight almost 71+ kg ho gaya tha and height 5.7feet almost hai.but running karne ke baad mera pet andar dhire dhire ja raha hai and exercise se body flexible ban raha hai.but ghutne me bahut tej dard ho raha hai.uske liye mai pain killer ka medicine lekar daily running ke liye ja raha hu.bas ek hi ghutne me bata do mujhe kya karna chahiye
