1200 is tough especially when you don’t know what you are doing like this guy. The whole point of drinking coffee is that caffeine helps with hunger so drinking it decaffeinated defeats the whole point ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU PUT SUGAR IN IT AS WELL.

My day started with a quark or Griek yoghurt. 200 gram And I eat 2 sandwich with a egg With buttermilk 150 gram 4 o clock orange And at dinner potatoes 125 gram Vegetable 200 gram and meat/ fish 100 gram 1 spoon olive oil After dinner I take a milk 150 gram before I go to bed You eat more protein for lunch Like your videos thanks
I’m on a 1200 calorie diet. I’d skip the butter and avocado. I’d eat more veggies (my fav is broccoli with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese). Turkey is fantastic and so is Greek yogurt they’re both super high protein and low cal.
Why the decaf coffee and why exactly two? Is it a better appetite suppressant than regular coffee, or is it just a matter of preference/sensitivity to caffeine?
