  1. People should realize that veggies (carbohydrates) convert into fat if the calories are not burned. Sitting around and eating veggies will not help you lose fat. Just the opposite.

  2. This episode is a total game-changer! 🔥 Thank you Jay for bringing together these 5 brilliant experts to debunk so many "healthy" food lies. I was particularly shocked by the section on metabolic health biomarkers like triglycerides and HDL, and how 93.2% of adults are missing the mark. 😱

The "Savory Breakfast" hack from Jessie Inchauspé and the "Vegetables First" rule are so practical and easy to implement right away. It’s eye-opening to realize how much our physical health, like Vitamin D levels, directly impacts our mental focus. 🧠✨ Thank you for empowering us to become the CEOs of our own health! 🙏💪🌿

  3. I have written down all the important bits and bobs to become the CEO of my own health. This is such an eye opener. Keep making videos like this, Jay. THANK YOUUUU

  4. Some “healthy” foods can be sneaky. Even things like smoothies, protein bars, and veggie-packed meals can spike sugar or mess with metabolism if not timed or combined well. This episode reminded me—food isn’t just about what, but how and when. Grateful for these voices calling out the hidden traps and bringing real clarity.

  5. Looovvveedd this. However that one dude was a little stuck up. Americans aren’t dumb for drinking almond milk, most of them are working everyday and can’t afford to buy land and raise animals. They’re trying to eat healthy the best they know how… educating people is fine but belittling them is not cool.

  6. Good Stuff-Crazy what happens when you stop just treating symptoms and start rebuilding from the cell level. I’ve been learning how hydration + collagen (especially HA) is the game-changer most people overlook. 🧬 One formula was so effective at restoring joint mobility + skin elasticity that Pepsi tried to buy it 👀… but it’s already changing lives. If you knew your body was drying out from the inside, would you do something about it?

  7. Bloating can come from food and dink sensitivities, allergies, gluten sensitivities, wheat, lactose intolerance etc. Holistic drs are great but do not accept medical insurance. And unfortunately many people like myself cannot afford a holistic doctor.

  8. My favorite meal is breakfast and is always sweet using honey, stevia or monk fruit. But has all the macronutrients and fibers. That way I have energy and no cravings for rest of the day, satiety for 4-6 hours, better digestion. I tried with no sweet breakfasts , all macronutrients, some fibers and I have lower energy, cravings, I don’t feel full… It’s a big difference between a donat, for example and a sweet, fully nutritionally breakfast…

  9. I’m curious with what @Glucose Goddess, mentioned at some point that when you make a smoothie out of your fruits, you are getting rid of the benefits specifically fiber. However, research shows the opposite way. Internet research says- Making smoothies from fruit does not get rid of the fiber. While blending does break down the fiber into smaller pieces, it remains in the smoothie. Fiber's beneficial properties are still retained in the blended fruit.

  10. アメリカ人に肥満が多いのがよく分かる!日本人は朝ご飯に納豆、豆腐入りの味噌汁、卵焼き食べてるので太らない。面白い!!

  11. “Your body doesn’t care if the sugar came from fruit or coca cola” man stfu 😭😭😭

If you eat fruit you also eat all the vitamins and minerals it comes with and mist importantly the fiber which literally scientifically proven reduces the insuline spike

So yes your body does care care where the sugar comes from. Why we trying to demonize fruit nowadays?

  12. Casey Means does not have a license to practice medicine. She quit before finishing her residency program. And she is Donald Trump’s choice for surgeon general. Are you kidding me?!!
