Some people such as me 👋 I’ve eaten until I threw up. Or I’ll eat so much good healthy food then straight diarrhea 😢 some peoples body just don’t want the weight regardless of what you do. Gaining weight is harder than losing it imo 🤷🏻♂️
lol when you finished ranger school you looked like how I want to look, currently 27 years old 5’9 and 130lbs after having 5 personal trainers and eating like it’s a part time job the most I have weighed was 145lbs… maybe my metabolism will slow down later on in life or maybe I’m doomed to be built like a breadstick for life, but for real though you weren’t “skinny” 😂
Hint: barefoot shoes and calorie theory is nonsense. Your body gains weight with carbs, hormons, meat and nutrient density too. Reason why people eating nothing also gain weight, cortisol and nutrient defiency and gluten taking nutrients as well
I moved to a house where people abused me when I so much as did a sit up. Gained 5 pounds this month and now have cramps in calves couldnt attend my training as i was too stiff. I'm going on a diet. I had a great figure and had no actual need to gain weight maybe some muscle. My abs are all gone now. Got only 2000 steps a day. Also have higher blood pressure. Ideally I should consider moving. Last year I gained 4kg of beautiful muscle. All that was lost. I'm also now infertile since the move. It is unsustainable to suggest to any human to not move at all. Was even asked how I crossed my feet twice. I have got half a pound off but another 4 and a half to go and then at least 4 more to do a mini cut then maybe a lean bulk.
Also dont smoke, I don't eat as much as I used to, as a heavy smoker I just wanna take this opportunity to say don't smoke cigarettes, its not cool! 😂
move your body also helps bc if you don’t use your muscles you will lose the work

Yeah.. okay. Got a new position at work and I went from 15k steps a day to now 20k and I gotta eat another 700 calories.
