  1. I think it's America's food in general because I have hours in between meals walk at least 10 to 12k steps a day and eat fruit and still can't get my gut off. Somebody lying I'm supposed to see my six pack today!

  2. Sugar does not "cause" fat. Fat happens when you use less calories than you take in. Visceral fat is caused by the lack of muscle or just it being generic fat. What i mean is that you cant specifically increase visceral fat while keeping the same amount of fat on for example a face it will all increase and decrease mutually unless youre an outlier. You say high amounts of alcohol is not good but there are no good amounts of alcohol theres are amounts when "bad" is reduced. And again pastry just carbs if you dont eat too much you will be fine. The reason why the diet is called "healthy" is that normally fruits and vegetables have few calories while having some benefits such as vitamins cellulose antioxidants etc. And while it is possible to overeat fruits and get fat it is significantly harder due to as i mentioned much lower calorie density

  3. I eat. Junk not crazily bad and drink soda and im 8 and 55 to 60 pouds my sister only eats junk and shes 6 nd 46 pouds and my 17 yearold sister doesn't eat junk badly ethier and but she does 99 percent of the time only dring soda and 110 pounds
