I'm from Indonesia, I'm very happy to find this cardio exercise, the movements are easy for beginners, but the effect is extraordinary, making sweat pour, unfortunately I couldn't finish until the last 30 minutes, only until 27 minutes hahaha I hope that in the future I can be consistent and can get the weight I want, which is 55 kg, now I am 70 kg, if I have achieved the results I want, I will update again in this comment. ❤ Good luck to those who have this channel, I hope the channel continues to grow. ❤❤

Shouldn’t there be a small recovery interval after each exercise? I thought the purpose of HIIT is to activate both sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous system!
