  4. Bulking Isn't necessary so sad people think they have to gain all this weight just to lose it and think they got more muscle and more strength 😂😭

  5. love this so much ❤️ i’ve been lifting for 2 years and i’ve gained 15 pounds (i started at 115 and lowk looked underweight but was “healthy” according to BMI) and it was the best decision

  6. When you bulk, you just eat more protein? Or how do you bulk so you dont get a big stomach? I lost so much weight and i feel like i look too skinny and wabt to rebuild muscle but i need help. How can i bulk without just lookin fat
