I stopped relating food to happiness and it works. But every 5 years I would gain 5 kg in a week or 13 kg in a month!!! Then have to lose weight. It’s so hard to pretend to eat just to live 😭😭 I could be skinny when I work hard and have no money to eat much 😭😭 but I do have to fake it till I make it meaning pretend to have a healthy lifestyle but at one point I can’t lie to myself

I have heart problems & need to lose weight badly is fasting okay if I do that?
Certainly outdated from current, and not so current research, in his suggestion to avoid saturated fats and to look for items such as dairy products that are low fat. Saturated fats are not easily absorbed into the body and many of the lower fat options have more unwanted side effects. Good talk though, just could be made more current so giving more accurate info.

I've lost 35 pounds in 100 days and it's not been hard .. I only eat between 12 and 6 once you crack that it's easy….
i am 15 i did this fasting in a day for 12 hours of no food only water and in the other 12 our i can limit my food like not eating alot of unhealthy food but i also have a cheat day on sunday where i do intermittent fasting but also give my self slice of pizza or burger or pasta on regular amounts also do light stretch and excercise
