  1. Watching this invokes saliva reflex, which is unhealthy when you don't actually eat at this moment. So, well, good for you but I could watch only 7 minutes. Greek salad looks weird, BTW. So chunky!

  2. Chinese here, we eat the fish head and tail and eyeballs and everything! It’s good, and my 3 year old is doing it too now, no waste. We try our best to use all of the fishes we eat or animal. Fun fact back then sailors eat fish eye to prevent from getting scurvy

  3. I'm honestly surprised to hear someone finds it unique that lunch is the largest meal of the day, though I am from the Levant so I guess our diet is very similar to Greece 😂

  4. I once saw someone at a Dunkin get one of their super sugary latte drinks. I heard them ask for extra cream and sugar, and then proceed to add 15 PACKETS of sugar to it. It's insane! I thought I was being bad by getting one of their iced protein lattes, but it was made with protein milk, no added sugar, and sugar free vanilla syrup, and it was decent tasting. Wasn't as healthy as just black coffee, but it was my treat for myself after 6 weeks of heavy dieting and gym time.

  5. If you were staying in Foggy Bottom (a nice neighborhood next to Georgetown in DC), why were you in your car going through McDonald's and, for that matter, in your car at all? FB is totally walkable with access to great grocery stores and farmers markets. The divide in the US is real – urban vs. rural – but I didn't see that nuance in your video. I do agree with your larger point that most of the countries in Europe offer healthier food options, more transit and walkable neighborhoods, etc.

  6. I calculated how many calories I was eating in a day – 2300-2800. I've cut that to 1700 and so far have lost 30 pounds and do feel quite a bit better. Soda was my biggest problem. Only have 30 pounds to go. Doing alot more walking helps too. This video is quite the eye opener.

  7. Not trrue my family by Gods grace we in our 5th generation now alive. Youngest born 5th gen twins born 2days ago. If Gods wants you alive he will even when you 97yrs old. Healthy or not we push in our generation from my moms side.

  8. The negative comments on here. Love his videos. They have gotten me through some tough times with their light heartedness, humor and educational purposes. I YT and chill and these are the vibe. If you're jelly, go be obsessed with your passion and make it huge.

  9. Okey You call yogurt greek which is definitely not, but which is okey. But then go and drink Turkish coffee as ‘Greek coffee’ and present it like that! Come on, at least Google it a bit and do some research before you travel man!!

  10. World’s healthiest diet…carbohydrates and fats are higher than protein, “that’s concerning” 😆you can take the boy out of North America but not the obsession over high protein.
