Does that include Brazil nuts?
Thanks for sharing this with everyone very helpful
So pumpkin seed is ok to eat raw not soaked in water
Can we roasted ITS after soaked ?
I soak almonds ,nuts ,barley… Overnight .yet , i have gut problems.
I know of putting them in water then throw in a smoothie. What is meant by drying the
You should have mentioned the other point that is critically important, which is when you cook foods that have phytates, it gets rid of them. But raw nuts are a bit of a trap since I see them sold in the grocery stores.
this is mostly total bullhsit.

Thankful dr Berg for your wonderful advice and remind to soak nut before eating it❤
Can’t even breathe anymore
What does "reduces mineral absorption" mean? Are we talking short term or longer and how strong is the effect? 5%, 50%? Details pls.
An by how much does watering reduce phytic acid?
You mean including peanuts?
Just eat more meat…The iron and zinc in meat is well absorbed even in the presence of phytic acid.
Soaked water can be used or not is confusing, some say it's good to hv, Pl suggest us
Do I need to add salt to the water?
Too much work, now I have to get rid of my nuts. No wonder, why after eating nuts, my throat hurt after ate nuts today 😢.
Raw?? Roasted is not raw ?? So soak roasted nut also?
Eric I watched your video on your 2week carnivore diet and your com🎉ment on nuts. Any chance you are '0' blood group type? Are you familiar?
I used to have issues with eating raw nuts( bloated and gas..) but since I soak them over night, rinse well, and let them dry and toast them. No more issues!
So as far as raw almonds are you saying we should eat roasted almonds and roasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc? Im so confused 🤔 I switched to raw thinking it was better. Go back to roasted? Thanks guys in advance.
I heard now you can't even eat nuts because of the high Oxolates that cause damage to tissue.
Do nuts reduce phytic acid if soaked briefly and then roasted at around 90 C until dry and crispy?
Soaking them isnt enough. You have to sprout them and take the skin off too. So soak, drain, sprout until small root forms, deskin and then dry. The skin from nuts contain large amounts of oxalates. Also an antrinutrient and the 2nd largest cause of kidney stones.
That's one of the reasons I dont use Almond milk. Googling oxalate content in them, its very high because they were not sprouted first.
Sprouting instantly deactivates the antrinutrient as the protection against anamals eating them (anti nutrient action) is no longer needed and all its energy is diverted to growing the "seed".
They are keeping us sick to keep the pharmaceutical industry alive
I always find it best to soak my nuts before they're consumed.
Are roasted pistachio exempt?
Wow by time you fnish with us
We become doctor's
Thanks again Doctor
Appreciate
You always ❤
Soaking nuts in water over night is “not enough time” to allow them to sprout. I rinsed off peanuts in water to get the maltodextrin off them, and they became soggy and chewy and terrible to eat.
