  1. I am a butter user in my coffee. I used to use a splash of the bad for you creams with nut milk or years ago fat free milk. When I switched to raw dairy or grass fed dairy my intolerance to whole milk went away. I now use a tsp of butter and a splash of grass fed whole milk or raw milk when I can get it, to my coffee every morning. I don’t miss the sugary fake stuff at all!

    EGGS.
    CHEESE.
    EGGS with lots of CHEESE. 😁
    I also like to put EGGS, CHEESE, and CHICKEN PATÉ on a Cauliflower Slim (bread substitute). Oops, just made myself hungry for one.
