  1. common unreasonable combinations seen in diets: dont want fat but I eat commercial greek yoghurts, which is normal yoghurt plus cream and using butter instead of olive oil 😂

  2. I find this individual inspirational! I believe what you eat is more important for overall health, but how you use what you eat is the finishing touch before the cycle repeats.
