I have lost almost 10 kg without doing workout as before delivery we tend to eat alot for the baby and after c section and during recovery period there is lots of restrictions to food we eat like daliya,daal, chawal,sbji and roti and no outside food that's it and you will see weight will automatically reduce. One more thing when you don't sleep continuously for 8 hours than you also reduce appetite and you will not eat much. Try this without workout it's natural 😊

  2. Are they giving Herbalife or any other products, because previous year I joined one group they told me if you want to really lose your weight you must have bought a Herbalife product. I was thinking ohk let's buy it would be protein shake or maybe supplements. But they are selling shakes and other products, and they told me just drink one glass of shakes instead of lunch or dinner😂, but if I drinks milk or any other juice in lunch or dinner I will already lose my weight without buying that product, and how much days we can take shakes, we cannot take whole life right, if we stop drinking shakes we will gain weight by eating regular meal.
    Diet plan must be food which is modified by calories and nutritions all that, not to cut the whole meal from diet plan.
