  1. I used to think weight loss was all about strict control and eating less. But the more I researched myself, the harder I bounced back, and I kept failing. Then I found a way that let my appetite settle naturally, and I realized real weight loss doesn’t mean fighting cravings every single day. Now people admire the transformation, but the process still feels unbelievable to them.

  2. I saw how much pepper was on those eggs and said what the hell im not eating that I literally turned into Gordon Ramsey and said what in the bloody hell did you do to those eggs

  4. I’m just curious, but I’ve heard that breakfast is supposed to be more calories? The protein content looks great and I’m sure that’s important as well but I heard in general lower calorie breakfast increase chances of binging later?

  5. It is easy if you reduce your stomach with operation, but it is difficult for someone that is doing it naturally without any help operation like that congratulations to you stay blessed may the Lord protect and guide you❤❤❤

  6. I lift 4/5 days a week and eat 4 whole eggs every morning and weight 138 and I’m 30. I promise it won’t make you giant weight. Ppl gotta stop with that myth. It’s not ONEEEE thing that makes you gain weight it’s a lifestyle. And it’s a difference with healthy fats and unhealthy fats.. this one is a healthy so don’t stop yaself

  7. Girl, you're not going to want to eat that shit every day. Changing eating habits is the key to sticking to a caloric deficit. It's eating the same things you always enjoyed except swapping ingredients out to make it lower calorie and higher protein. No one is going to stick to eating boiled egg whites and 2 pieces of Canadian bacon for a long enough time to lose weight. For example, you like scrambled egg and cheese? Bet. Instead of 2 whole eggs, use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. Use 2% cheese to cook into the eggs. Use a non stick pan so you don't have to use butter. You can just spray a little oil. Enjoy your eggs with a side of Canadian bacon and low calorie/low carb toast. Carbs really aren't the enemy. You can eat carbs and still lose weight.
