It's eating the same things you always enjoyed except swapping ingredients out to make it lower calorie and higher protein. No one is going to stick to eating boiled egg whites and 2 pieces of Canadian bacon for a long enough time to lose weight. For example, you like scrambled egg and cheese? Bet. Instead of 2 whole eggs, use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. Use 2% cheese to cook into the eggs. Use a non stick pan so you don't have to use butter. You can just spray a little oil. Enjoy your eggs with a side of Canadian bacon and low calorie/low carb toast. Carbs really aren't the enemy. You can eat carbs and still lose weight.
