  1. I've had problems with gaining weight my whole life and it's horrible to experience this as a male. I did an experience a couple of year's ago as to where I would eat 3 meals a day but after every meal I would drink an nutritional supplement. After my 1st meal I would drink an ensure plus, 2nd meal a v8 fusion and 3rd meal a boost high protein. It actually worked but it started to become so expensive that I eventually had to quit. Bills and other thing's had gotten in the way of that. There is hope out there ppl if you can afford it.

I always been like 120/130, a few years ago i ended up in a wheel chair for 2 ish years from medical complications and went up to 220lbs. im back down to 125/130, i desperatley want to get back to 150. i feel like i look like drug addict/unhealthy, im 33, female, ANY suggestions to gain weight asap?! ive never taken anything to lose either, i did it 100% naturally and i wont get fillers or botox im too afraid. I just desperatley want to gain some fat back ☹️

  3. I’ve eat various things and nothing has worked out for me to gain weight, thing is I lost 3kg in a year without doing anything for it when I want to gain more weight. I’m 60kg but look very skinny

  4. It took me 5 years to realize this! My gut was no absorbing any nutrients, imagine I stayed at 100lb from 18 – 22. So now that I’ve done my research I be taking gut supplements daily, I’d suggest (Probiotics, L – Glutamate, and Enzymes Digestive) these body builders tell u to eat more bec their body can easily put on weight but for hard gainers eating isn’t the issue!

  5. I’m a female 43kg somewhere around 160cm and I honestly can’t put on weight. I tried adding porridges, oats, more fruit, more meat and still nothing…I’m of the view that I should be able to ‘fix’ things naturally. And I consider myself a very considerate eater, listening to my body’s cues and responding however I feel is necessary. But sometimes I’m just starving no matter what I eat then the next day I could not eat until 12pm because I’m full. Not sure what to do. What do you recommend?
