High calorie foods to help you gain weight (part 2)

My go-to high calorie foods whenever I’m bulking PART 2 🥯

Peanut Butter
– High in fats for easy calories
– Delicious
– Get creative with it rather than just putting it on your toast! Peanut butter is one of those things that can be used in heaps of recipes

Bagels
– Super calorie dense carb source
– Great as a bread alternative for making sandwiches and toast
– Costco bagels are the best xo

Rice
– The staple to any bulking meal… And Asian household
– Great source of easy carbs for such a small volume
– It’s rice

  1. I always have wondered why people talk about chicken and rice when cutting. White rice is a refined carb and so it isn’t even really that filling. I agree that it is a better bulking food than cutting food.

  2. Guys can i ask a question about bulking. Like i understand eating more to gain muscle but you want to gain fat? Only to have to lose it again later? Can someone explain to me why you would want to do that? Sounds like a lot of work 😅

  3. Guys help me figure something out – if you eat in a calorie surplus, but alot of those calories are from carbs or fat, doesnt that mean that you are more likely to gain fat? I mean, in my head I think that I should get most of my calories from protein sources (which is true) but i see most bulkers use fillers like bread or pb and so on to bump the calories.

  4. Peanut butter has lots of antinutrients and makes lethargic, kapha excess. Bio peanut butter roasted pesticide free and just 2 spoons a day. Your example is not the healthiest peanut butter brand
