My go-to high calorie foods whenever I’m bulking PART 2 🥯
Peanut Butter
– High in fats for easy calories
– Delicious
– Get creative with it rather than just putting it on your toast! Peanut butter is one of those things that can be used in heaps of recipes
Bagels
– Super calorie dense carb source
– Great as a bread alternative for making sandwiches and toast
– Costco bagels are the best xo
Rice
– The staple to any bulking meal… And Asian household
– Great source of easy carbs for such a small volume
– It’s rice

I wouldn’t microwave the peanut butter in a plastic container

You have really nice teeth

Wish i was bulking 🙁
Ew man, be humble.
in few months he is a k pop star and another month he is kim jung un
I always have wondered why people talk about chicken and rice when cutting. White rice is a refined carb and so it isn’t even really that filling. I agree that it is a better bulking food than cutting food.
I don't understand why he need to bulk when he already fat
I had to cut, but i am not cutting my rice, the asian blood rages inside of me if i dont eat the rice 😂
bagels and jam is a really good source of carbs too, so for a "pre-workout" two bagels with jam on each one or even each half is brilliant 650+ cals with 100g of carbs too
Thank you for reminding me that I have 20lb of rice 😂😂😂
100 grams of cooked rice is 130 calories 💀 and rice is low key kinda filling.
I'm gonna stop eating Bagels from now on🤢
I don't need help gaining weight
Carbs dont mean weight gain
Guys can i ask a question about bulking. Like i understand eating more to gain muscle but you want to gain fat? Only to have to lose it again later? Can someone explain to me why you would want to do that? Sounds like a lot of work 😅
bagel INSIDE the apron? 😭
Those are some cubbie cheeks!!
He looks like that ice age kid
Why is no one talking about how he made the hole in the bagel😭
My rice is a small plate of boiled greens and 1 boiled egg it's not that bad with a smol, smol pincha salt with some protien lol
Guys help me figure something out – if you eat in a calorie surplus, but alot of those calories are from carbs or fat, doesnt that mean that you are more likely to gain fat? I mean, in my head I think that I should get most of my calories from protein sources (which is true) but i see most bulkers use fillers like bread or pb and so on to bump the calories.
Peanut butter has lots of antinutrients and makes lethargic, kapha excess. Bio peanut butter roasted pesticide free and just 2 spoons a day. Your example is not the healthiest peanut butter brand
