My go-to high calorie foods whenever I’m bulking 🥩

Tteokbokki
– Also known as Korean rice cakes
– Super carb dense
– Instant versions of this can be bought which are super easy to prepare and are delicious
– Pretty much like mochi

Liquid calories
– Easiest way to get your calories in
– Can include protein shakes, smoothies, juices, soft drink, etc.
– Drinking your calories is a lot easier than eating them

Steak
– Buy the higher fat content
– Pretty much applies to all meat protein
– Great way to bump up your calories without consuming extra food

  1. Pro tip: use baking soda to make red meat more tender .I also recommend for a thick cut of meat to poke holes in it with a fork before sprinkling baking soda and letting sit for a bit before cooking.
