  1. Thanks for your work. According to trusted scientists you can join freshly ground flax with chia to activate the synthesis of onega3 from ala. Please check dr William Li. Thanks ever so much for your work.

  2. I have enjoyed doing vegetarian or vegan keto a lot! Nuts are great for the vegan protein, lots of fats in nuts, so that helps even more.
My favorite ratio is to go heavier on the fats, making sure that I treat carbs and protein the same. Because protein will turn into glucose if you eat too much. We don’t need as much protein as everyone says. Especially if you want to stay in ketosis and have autophagy. Too much protein will stop autophagy.

  3. IMO beans are fine to eat in a low carb diet. You can’t just look at the carb number you have to consider fiber and protein. As beans have high amount of both they don’t spike your blood sugar like white bread etc.

  4. What a strange introduction of calling vegetables boring food when the audience is most likely a bunch of vegetarians, who prefer just that.
Makes it seem like this video was made only because vegetarian keto "is getting popular" and garantees some klicks.
I doubt this man is actually doing what he is preaching himself.

  5. Thank you, I’ve been a vegetarian for 36 years (more than 1/2 my life) and I’m very healthy; I just never liked meat. This is extremely helpful as I’m aging and want to maintain muscle and my health.

  6. Great video, Thomas! I prefer eating vegetarian because I don't like the idea of killing animals or, worse yet, eating them but I need to lose weight, too. I've learned something new in your video which is much appreciated.

  7. I have been doing veg keto since 2023 and THIS is a terrific synopsis of GREAT tips for nutrition & all. Wish I had this then
Thanks so much Thomas!! 🫶😻I will share with anyone interested in more plant based keto!

  8. Really odd take on a vegetarian diet, giving advice to eat greens, cruciferous vegetables etc – what the hell vegetarians do you know? Seems like they're junk vego's or something. A basic vegetarian diet nutrition far exceeds the nutrition from eating animals. If someone eats junk food, vegetarian or not, its junk food, and will be deficient. Also around 40% of meat eaters are deficient in B12, typically due to a rooted digestive system.

  9. So grateful for the info!!!
My whole system is definitely happiest when I'm hitting the full Vegie Keto! It's just a bit tricker to make sure I'm getting the nutrients I need.
    Thanks again 🙌🏼 ✨️

  10. Thomas can you make a video for folks who are more on the plant based side (I also consume animal products but I lean towards vegan sources of dairy). Can you share your personal opinions on which vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese products are the healthiest and cleanest? And this would be for folks who are doing keto/ very low carb. Which vegan cheese products are the best for this. Please and thank you.

  11. Awesome guide – I've lost a lot of weight eating heaps of mozzarella, but hitting a plateu and time to change it up. Made a shopping list based on this video and am excited to see how my next weight loss phase goes!
