Is not about junk or unhealthy it's about balancing if you need a good life then you have to balance it protein fibre carbs and fats are needed in your diet specially in teenagers so you should have less carbs in a moderate amount the coconut chutney also had carbs that's why it was less December has fats with vegetable means fibre and then you can add protein with egg so easy😅

  2. Idlis i make are super high in protein especially when with high protein sambhar.
    Idli- urad:mung:rice – 2:1:1

    I'm vegan. So, no eggs for me. No one has to suffer for taste buds (actually talking about the egg laying hens)
