Is not about junk or unhealthy it's about balancing if you need a good life then you have to balance it protein fibre carbs and fats are needed in your diet specially in teenagers so you should have less carbs in a moderate amount the coconut chutney also had carbs that's why it was less December has fats with vegetable means fibre and then you can add protein with egg so easy😅
But that chutney is my fav 😅 How about we make it with something else like roasted sunflower seeds, or watermelon seeds instead of peanuts. Does that help?
