Such a less protein diet…. It's not good for weight loss .. that's high carb low protein diet…. You can't stick to this diet more than four five days because you will end up eating more rice or paratha

This diet plan is not sustainable,bcoz when u eat 1 Parantha daily then someday u will be more hungry and you'll lose patience and eat 3 paranthas instead of 1. Adding better options like vermicelli, oats, upma ,moong dal chila ,eggs will make you fulfill and help in the long run.
