  1. I think the logic is so flawed! What if someone is eating the same and healthy and now working out which they didn’t pre- pregnancy! They may lose weight and or stay the same. I can’t imagine why that aspect is left out!

  2. I was told to increase my carbohydrates by OBGYN office and now I am fat and only 17 weeks

    Before my pregnancy I was 101 lbs. Now I am 116 lbs. I am short 4ft 11". The weight gain is all in my hip

  3. Thank you for all of this information! I was losing weight and active leading up to this new pregnancy. It is my third, and I'd like to continue my plan. Is body recomposition or "losing fat" the same risk as losing too much weight during pregnancy on fetal growth if I'm eating a nutrient-dense and normal-calorie diet?
