  1. OK so I could lose a few pounds and I’m working on it through those Zepbound drugs but my triglycerides are low and my HDL is good. Oh no but my LDL is 230 and a PA told me you gotta go on Repath because losing weight isn’t going to drop your LDL which I very firmly disagree and this is what I can’t stand about mainstream medicine.

  2. I find this so interesting, i couldn't do traditional keto let alone carnivore, but some people thrive on it. The challenge is finding 'your' diet, the diet you need to thrive. Its so fascinating how different our bodies are. 😊

  3. There might be if it's true the subset of carnivore diet which is called the paleocetogenic diet. This PKD diet is claimed to be the successful stand-alone therapy against cancer. Having this condition for several months I'm trying to apply the PKD.

  4. Indeed we ate all from nose to tail, even the antlers sometimes. But I think, that eating only stake, only high quality meat and fat will give even better results for some people.

  5. Glad it works for you. Didn’t work for me tried it hardcore for six months and got fat around the middle. Now it’s a year later and I’m back to where I was before. I m back to carb cycling and it works for me. Every person is different what works for you may not work for your neighbor.

  6. Yeah, I wish I could have been raised living the Carnivore Lifestyle. It's the best! I feel so great!

At least I can do the next best thing and raise my children to live the Carnivore Lifestyle.

  7. Hi Doc. I need a little direction. At about 7 months, full carnivoir, I ended up getting the AMONIA thing. I understand or am told that my mix of Protein & Fat was off. Too much protein digested creates an Amonia by product. It was significant. Ive been told i need more fat? Can you help direct me a bit or clear up my current understanding? I want to go back to carnivoir, but, Im a little scared that this Amonia thing will happen again, and it was very uncomfotabe. Thank you.
PS..If one of your listeners/followers are up to speed on this, Im happy to get direction from them.
    Thank you

  8. I started carnivore diet 3 months ago doing good until this weekend celebrating my grandkids birthday party. I ate lots of carbs and sugar and I gained 2 Lbs in a weekend. It is so easy to gain weight, and so hard to lose it.

  9. I went to visit family that I hadn't seen in about 6 years. One of my nieces answered the door and she blurted "You never age!" That made me feel good because for a time there before carnivore I looked ten years older! It had to have been the daily "healthy" smoothies I was consuming! It is amazing how quick the body starts to return to homeostasis when given the right fuel.

  10. It is so hard to convince friends. They are all pre-diabetic or have other metabolic issues ( and some severe ) all due to a lifetime of nasty poison carbs. They are all on some forms of drugs to mask the symptoms while they continue to chomp on fudge and ice cream. I cringe when I see them eating this poison when they are they are sick from it – like having more cyanide. It is driving me crazy to watch them slowly extinguish themselves and there is nothing they will listen to. Thankfully a small percentage are listening and learning and getting well again.

  11. I'm 6 weeks in and am completely astounded with how quickly joint pain left, carb cravings stopped, food voices were silenced, and my water intake has increased! Just try it. You'll understand sooner than you think.

  12. Tried it for 4 days. By day 3 felt horrible and couldn’t gag down another piece of meat. Sorry. I’ll just go ahead and die now if it means no fruit or vegetables. You aren’t going to convince me that the sugar in an orange or banana is as bad as the sugar from a jelly donut. 🖕🏼strict carnivore.
A BALANCED diet is a much better solution. You wanna lose weight and be healthier ?? Slide your fatass away from the kitchen table and go for a walk. ANY diet that puts restrictions of what you can or can’t eat at any given time is NOT sustainable.
