    It's low carb, keto, loaded with flavor and made in no time. Recipe below!
    Ingredients:
    Shredded cheese
    1 Zucchini
    Salt
    Pepper
    Onion powder
    Garlic Powder
    Your favorite toppings for a sando – we used Black Forest ham, mustard, romaine lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
    How to make it:
    1. Preheat oven to 425F.
    2. Peel zucchini in thin strips
    3. In a lined baking sheet, sprinkle a thin layer of cheese, layer your zucchini, add your spices, sprinkle with cheese again.
    4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
    5. Cut the zucchini bread in half.
    6. Add your favorite toppings.
    7. Enjoy!
