  1. I eat like this about 80% of the time and

    My diet follows a few simple rules:

    ✨ Protein + veggies at every meal

    ✨ Carbs at every meal too but in controlled portions (dairy & gluten don’t cause inflammation for me. So they are a part of my diet)

    ✨ Finding healthier alternatives to sugar like sugar free desserts to satisfy cravings.

    ✨ No restrictive dieting: this has messed up my relationship with food in the past and I’m not having it.

    ✨ Everything in moderation + controlling portions: this is way more important for sustained healthy eating as opposed to cutting things out all the time.

    P.S. Chana, chhole, rajma, and dal are primarily carb sources, not protein. But they are important regardless for a balanced diet.

I had a question girls help me here a little coz when i ask guys they are well just dumb is it really necessary to go vegan its been a year i avoided it now now im questioning my choices like i feel like eating it but then philosophical take comes in that killing a life and the chicken i didnt ate must be having fun somewhere which i know is not true why must a person not eat meat like gimme a practical reason coz i wanna go kinda longer now since i have given up on it but i ate it since childhood so its getting hard for me
