    1)  Have Fruits instead of tea/coffee in breakfast. Additives don't help in meditation.

    2)  Avoid rushing to allopathic doctors.  Ayurved & Naturopath are way better.

    3)  Avoid food from factory ( biscuts / noodles etc ) & food from animals. Do not over stress the physical body with  chemicals & hormones.

    4)  Multani mitti soap instead of fully chemical soap & ayurvedic tooth powder instead of chemical based tooth paste is a better step for better health.( pls do not fall for natural ingredients in chemical toothpaste.)

Definitely you do not want any immunity, fertility & nerve related issue for yourself & your children in future due to lack of oxygen during growth period.
