  4. I am not following you. 1 gm protein per kg of body weight is the industry standard. Simply eating the way our ancestors used to eat gives enough protein which now a days we have blodly turned to industry standards and supplements. Milk was a good source but the milk we get now a days is better avoided. And god knows what whey protein has in it. Stick to simple whole foods and yes she is right you should not mix similar grains and dipods.
