  1. I dont know If this really fits but i got some nice tasting High Protein meal ideas that helped me lose 16 kg in 5 months without Gym or Supplements.

    1. Protein pancakes
    250 g skyr, 18 g flour of your choice, 40 g Protein Powder of your choice, 1 egg and 6 g Banking Soda . With the Protein Powder IT has 70 g Protein and without IT has around 35, with Protein IT has 450 kcal, without IT has around 320 and IT makes 9 filling Pancakes

    2. Chicken with potatoes and Broccoli
    Use as much as you want, in average IT has around 450 kcal, 50 g of Protein and really tasty and filling

    3. Ground Beef with potatoes and vegetables, again around 450 kcal and 40 g Protein, also very filling and tasty

    4. Whole grain bread, toasted with fresh crispy onions, one big can of Tuna in Juice and an egg, i prefer Sunny Side Up or cooked, doesnt Matter. Has around 300 kcal and 40 g Protein.

    As breakfast i recommend Low fat Joghurt Like skyr and soy crisps with a Protein Shake instead of normal Milk. 400 g skyr have 40 to 50 g of Protein and around 260 kcal and 70 g soy beans have 42 g of Protein and 242 kcal, with the Shake 67 g of Protein and 390 kcal.

  2. As a 10 year teacher, it does. But it doesn't teach it the way you mean because children are mostly not ready for that. That's it. Oh, also, stop sh*tting on schools and teachers. You need them more than you know. Yup, them… because i quit that god foresaken profession.
