  1. Exactly! The keyboa not to buy fake products like "keto taco chips" or "keto carrot cake batter". It's food! Notnthat complicated. Eat whole food and skip the high carbs and you wont really think about it

  2. 💯 I never tried Keto because I was a skeptic. Once I started researching the actual plan and health benefits, I’m a believer. Eight weeks in and 14 pounds down. I eat as close to the ground as possible.. whole foods, nothing processed. Never felt better in my life.

  3. you are right sir! eating period should not include processed foods. whether keto or vegan do not buy processed foods. stop feeding corp and pharma pockets just our bodies with real wholesome natural foods.

  4. YES!! Exactly why I did Carni and not Keto – there's too much fake crapola allover the shelves, so I just thought "screw it, I'll stick to BBBnE only" not to get caugh up in the confusion.

  5. Truth!!! That's why I always say I was "Clean (ingredients)" Keto for 5 years and transitioned to Carnivore 18 months ago. Down 175 lbs. Again I say this, Thank you Dr. Berry for saving my life! ☝🏼💪🏼😊👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    By the way, its not the ketones doing the magic here. Not the eating of meat doing anything special. IT IS THE LACK OF PLANTS IN THE DIET ALLOWING THE BODY TO HEAL.
    Do not do keto. Do carnivore. Skip all the toxic garbage a human body was not designed to eat.
    Could I add some diesel to my gasoline truck? Yes, a little bit. Its sure not going to run very well. And if I put enough in it, it kills the engine.
