Meditating is important because you are calming down your body which helps your metabolism. There was a study rabbits to prove this. Both groups had foods with high cholesterol which is bad for rabbits. One group was pet and the other one wasn’t; one group was calm and the other one wasn’t. The study showed that those that were pet and had a bad diet still had better metabolism than the other group because they were calm!
