Hi,im following balanced diet ,weekly 3 days yoga and 3 days weight trsinjng with cardio for 4 months for fertility ….For first 3 month my weight just reduce to o.5 or increase to 0.5 just fluctuate able to see fat loss in my body …in last 20 days i followed weekly 3 days 1 hour cardio with weight ,balanced diet and yoga but 2 kg increased and checked my weight today
2 years reduced 15kg and then slowly stopped diet just to consume food like others. Still going gym on and off. Back after 8months +15kg my needle stopped again at same position. Oh only god should know this.. i ate like other female near me, also did extra workouts 😢😢
