    bhaiya is giving good advice but we are at a growing age. Eat Paneer, dry fruits, full fat milk as they are very nutritious.

    Weight loss wala diet bade hoke follow kar liyo, growth plates abhi ke bad kabhi nhi khulne vali bhai.

    ofc you should also eat the weight loss foods too as they are nutritious.

  2. eat in moderation ….burn more than you eat and workout daily keep protein high fiber high and carbs low and cut sugar and eat breakfast 100 percent lunch 60 percent and dinner 30 percent and be consistent …….accept a good lifestyle you will loose and girls lift more weight you wont become masculine but tonned and hot so go for it have a healthy life ……and live more …..#beyoung.

  4. Jaroori nahi aap ye sb cheez lo agar weight loss krna hai to aap sab kuch khao but calories track kro and 10k steps in a day ya cardio lar skte ho but diet ko count lrke khao protein intake badhao and alne khane ko track krke khao ❤

  5. Guyz thatz not completely true,, like I use to eat Paneer instead of Tufu or Soya chunks.. eat 20 gms of nuts for healthy fat. Aur chai ❤ matlab ap apne according calorie list banao, jaha surplus or deficit apne hisap se karo,, don't use "fit for all" policy..
