Guyz thatz not completely true,, like I use to eat Paneer instead of Tufu or Soya chunks.. eat 20 gms of nuts for healthy fat. Aur chai ❤ matlab ap apne according calorie list banao, jaha surplus or deficit apne hisap se karo,, don't use "fit for all" policy..
