  1. I’ve lost 10 pounds in 7 days. I’m on a 96 hour fast. Just not hungry. Each day I mix 1 organic cucumber with 1 organic lemon, add 1 TBS of sea salt, 3 TBS of Stevia and blend in ice and water and drink throughout the day. No food/sugar cravings, no appetite…

  2. I drink decaffeinated instant. I can not tolerate brewed coffee, but maybe once a week. And im actually liking the instant more and more as long as i have something added to it. I've done the butter and cream, but a tablespoon of cream and a tablespoon of butter doesn't do it, and i dont like it. I need a lot more than that if i do do it that way, which isn't often anyhow. Guess i could learn to drink it plain anyway to keep my hindend out of trouble that way

  3. I dont crave sugar at all. I prefer drinks with no added sugar incl coffee n tea. But I dont mind Dr Bergs electrolytes. Thats the only sweetened powder I have in Pelegrino water – every day! The bulletproof coffee with butter n MCT oil plus a bit of cream keeps me active til lunchtime!

  4. I’ve been drinking herbal tea with a couple tsps of vinegar while fasting.
Maybe it’s from doing without sugars or artificial sweeteners the vinegar seems to bring out the natural sweetness in the tea. Especially spice type teas.

  5. Keto is dangerous simply because those who adhere to it don't realise that ketones alone cannot supply the brain with sufficient energy leading to brain fog even sudden unexpected death. I was informed this by a chemist and a doctor, in fact the emergency treatment for ketosis collapse is glucose. The bottom line is keto is dangerous make sure if you are fasting that you get some glucose into your blood , ignore Mr Berg who is not a medical practitioner he's a chiropractor, he is simply not qualified to give a medical opinion or prognosis. If you are on an intermittent fast and a keto diet you could be in grave danger, seek expert medical advice from a GP. You will still lose weight on a 18/6 hour fast even if you swallow a teaspoon of glucose a day and you must believe you me!

  6. So I won't get bumped out if I have a Coke Zero, gatorade zero or Sparkling Ice drink every now and then?
I never see these drinks talked about. always alcohol or coffee, both of them which I don't drink.
