  1. It’s gave me gains on my muscles but also gave me a bloated stomach . Literally been eating clean and running to see if it was a diet issue but all signs lead to creatine prior to me taking it I was shredded that’s why was so confused don’t get me wrong great supplement for recovery , strength and size but your abs take a hit

  2. I’d rather stay natural and not use any supplements period tbh. It feels more rewarding knowing I’m doing the work and not needing something extra to give me a boost.

  3. So I started taking it 3 weeks ago. I use to be really fat around 250. But through diet and exercise I got down to 150. I started lifting weights and I went up to 160-162 I maintained that weight for almost 2 years. I started taking creatine to help with muscle gain and in 3 weeks I’m up to 174. I can tell at least a visual gain of muscle but also seems like belly fat maybe just bloating? Does this go away? Or should I just stop taking it?
