  1. I started out pregnancy obese (unless my body fat is a bit lower than I think but I don’t have an accurate way to calculate) and I’ve gained 26 pounds at 8 months. This feels like a lot. She is big though.

  2. I was at 110 pre pregnancy and I’m current 150 at 35 weeks. Im literally on the verge of tears because of what my doctor wrote in my chart, without discussing it with me. This explains so much and puts me at ease. I think I can sleep comfortably tonight. Thank you 🩷

  3. This is why doctors consider pre-pregnancy weight more important during pre-natal check-ups! The weight gained during pregnancy is a variable that differs from each woman and most of the time isn't the source of the problem.

  4. Thank you ive been looking for this recipe everywhere as a man i dont have a uterus but now i can finally invent my own baby. Btw can i substitute the placenta with baloon pipe to supply food to baby? Love this recipe 10/10😊

  5. I had an 8 lb baby…but way more than 6 lb energy stores i tell you what 😂 gained 50 lb with both babies, but lost it all in the first 6 months doing nothing but going on walks and breastfeeding.

  6. So how can this weight be reduce to your normal weight like before ? Like after birth 7 pounds down instantly but what aabout the other’s? It will shrink on their own or we need to do diet but i have a question that if we follow a diet throughout the pregnancy journey we still gain weight because it’s nature but for shredding that weight we need to do the diet but can we just by doing the same diet routine like in pregnancy or before pregnancy works?

  7. Yep. Pregnancy weight gain IS NOT necessarily bad weight gain! This is why I didn't pressure myself to crash diet postpartum, because I knew this was entirely different.
