Woman!!! Be careful! Also my mother died age 40 from colon cancer. Luckily my gyn ob ask for such thing and this way I get a regular coloscopy , now every 5 years, since the never found anything, but told me, if they find the smallest polyp, I'm down to once a year.
I didn't have colon cancer or pre-colon cancer, but I did have gallstones from the age of 19 or 20 =/ it took some years still to figure out how to eat much better, but once I did, the gall stone pains never came back! Luckily didn't have to get my gallbladder removed either.
As the #1 fan to fiber foods I agree with this message. I do not have colon cancer or polyps but I do have Crohn’s. My diet changed drastically as I grew up but I’ve always had a high fiber intake cause I’m genuinely in love with the taste and texture of most of it. Unfortunately now I have to limit my fiber content cause it’s now a harder thing to digest! Still love your recipes tho and I use some of them occasionally!
My problem is not polyops my problem is cells regeneration and it will never ever regenerate and i will get cancer ……and i am a disabled……why people are jealous of me
I had the same, mine was at 30 for my first colonoscopy and found 2 large precancerous polyps and 3 others. Had to push to get it done but afterwards the doctor preforming said I am so proud you advocating for yourself. Now I get regular screenings and get them every 2 years. (Last one one had 2 tiny ones no precancerous ones) Your videos are so helpful for me. Thank you
ur meals honestly look sooooo good and at 22 is soooooo young omg. ppl say 29 is young but 22 is insane and my life is an entire lie. i love how u also just make it about meals and nothing that deep & serious. like just fun ways to make healthy food lol
