    If my goal is to lose, I was told I need to consume my goal weight in protein and 12 x the goal weight in calories….

    Calorie deficit I was told is the name of the game for my specific goal….

    You are avoiding calories, but your body will process like sugar while putting stress on other organs.

  4. Partially starving yourself is most definitely an option when you're lazy on your workouts and still wanna lose weight. Do intermittent fasting and eat at a calorie deficit and you'll naturally lose it
