What do u call starving yourself..do u know that fasting is beneficial to your health..u ppl need to stop makin ppl feel guilty for makin good decisions
The same people complaining about this being "too many calories" are the same ones who'd eat a 1900 calorie burger & fries from shake shack in one sitting.
Partially starving yourself is most definitely an option when you're lazy on your workouts and still wanna lose weight. Do intermittent fasting and eat at a calorie deficit and you'll naturally lose it

If my goal is to lose, I was told I need to consume my goal weight in protein and 12 x the goal weight in calories….
Calorie deficit I was told is the name of the game for my specific goal….
